Warranty Repair - Tekno TV is proud to be an approved manufacturers' service center for all major television manufacturers.   To initiate a warranty repair on your television, please call us at 561-533-9840 and speak to our scheduling department.  Please have your model #, serial # and date of purchase ready when initializing service. No prequthorization is required from the manufacturer, we handle that for you.   Note that your Proof of Purchase  will be required.

Extended Warranty Repair - We work with a number companies that provide extended warranty programs. If you have an extended warranty contract, contact the telephone # located on your contract documents to open a claim.  Advise the dispatcher you would like Tekno TV to perform the work or he or she will find the nearest servicer provider within your immediate area.  Authorization will be sent to the provider to allow work to be performed on your unit.

On-site Repairs - Set to heavy to lift?  Not a problem.  On-site service repair is also available to all of our customers whether it be within your home, or at your office.  In the event that a repair can not be completed on-site, we will bring it back to our service center to get it done right!

Drop-Off's - All carry-in's are welcome and no prior appointment is required.  Please note that a non-refundable deposit is required at time of drop-off.  This will be deducted from the total service order upon completion.
