Servicer Program. Tekno was recognized at NESDA Show 2008 with" Service
Quality Achievement Reward."
We provide in-Home service. We will try our best to fix the set at
your location. If for any reasons set cannot be fixed at your location,
we will pick it up and take it to the shop. Once the set is repaired we
will deliver it back.
All Carry-in are welcome. You do not need to set an appointment to
drop your set at our shop.
Bench Fee/ deposit is required at time of drop-off. When the set is
fixed the deposit is deducted from the bill.
Bench Fee/Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Manufacture Warranties
If for any reasons, your set (TV,Plasma,LCD,DLP)
is experiencing a problem and it is under manufacturer warranty,
you do not have to call the manufacturer for an authorization.
You can call our shop directly to set up a service. If you need
In-Home service, we will come to you to perform the repair. All
we need from you is your PROOF of PURCHASE. If the set is a
carry-in, all you have to do is to bring it to our shop with
your PROOF of PURCHASE.
Extended Warranties
If you have an extended warranty
program, you need to call in advance the number that is on your
contract to open up a claim. Once the claim is open, the
dispatcher will find the nearest servicer to you and will send
an authorization to perform the work on your set.
